SPORT



Now, I want to talk about one important thing in my life. I talk about the advantatges to practise sport, I think that doing sport is very good for the health, because it prevents many illnesses. People should practise sport every day, by this way we can avoid the weight envelope and the obesity. Altough I belive that if we start to practice sport when you are small,after, when you are an adult, you already entry in this routine of practice and practice sport. Is better if you do a sport of group because you will be able to mix and relation with people. I say this because I believe that the people don't practice too sport and if this change the health of people will improve.
